To keep your electric dirt bike running safely and extend the life of your lithium battery, please follow these care instructions:
✅ Charging and Usage
- Charge between 20% – 80% for best battery longevity. Avoid draining the battery completely (0%) or leaving it fully charged (100%) for long periods.
- Use only the supplied or approved charger. Never use a charger that is more powerful or not recommended for your model — this may cause overheating or permanent battery damage.
- Plug the charger into the bike first, then into the power outlet. Disconnect in reverse order.
- Always charge in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, flammable materials, or extreme temperatures.
- Do not leave charging unattended overnight.
🌧️ Water and Cleaning
- Do not ride in heavy rain, deep puddles, or through water crossings. Lithium batteries and electronics can be permanently damaged by water ingress.
- Cleaning with a slightly damp cloth is fine — avoid spraying water directly onto the bike or battery area.
- If the bike becomes wet, dry it thoroughly before recharging.
🧊 Storage
- If storing the bike for more than 2 weeks, keep the battery around 50–70% charge.
- Store in a cool, dry place between 10–25°C. Avoid extreme heat or freezing temperatures.
- Recharge the battery at least once every 2–3 months during long-term storage.
⚠️ General Safety
- Never open, puncture, or modify the battery pack.
- Stop using immediately if you notice swelling, smoke, or an unusual smell.
- Keep away from children and pets.
- Dispose of old batteries at an authorised battery recycling facility — never throw them in household rubbish
