Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure a smooth delivery experience for our customers. Please read our delivery policy carefully.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following regions:

  • Australia (Domestic Shipping)
  • Rest of World (International Shipping)

If your area is restricted by the shipping carriers, your order will be cancelled and refunded. 

2. Delivery Methods

We offer several delivery options:

  • Standard Shipping: applicable for parts and engines and the delivery address is within Australia. 
  • Home Delivery: applicable for dirt bikes, ATVs or any other bulky items and the delivery address is within Australia. 
  • Depot Collection: applicable for dirt bikes, ATVs or any other bulky items and the delivery address is within Australia. The depot address, contact and operation hours will be emailed to you after your order is fulfilled. 
  • International Standard Shipping: applicable for overseas orders under 20 kgs. We use Australia Post to fulfil these orders. If your order exceeds 20kgs, we will contact you and offer your the correct quote from the our international shipping courier (e.g. FedEx, DHL and etc.)

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders placed after 11:00am AET will be processed the next business day. 

For special orders, they could be processed within 3-5 business days due to the availability of the stock. 

For pre-orders, they are processed within 1-2 business days after the stock becomes available in our warehouse. 

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 2 - 14 business days (some Australia overseas territories, the delivery time can be extended to 30 business days and even more)
  • Home Delivery: 1-15 business days
  • Depot Collection: 1 - 15 business days
  • International Standard Shipping: 7-30 business days.

These delivery times are only estimated for your reference. The actual delivery times can vary based on your location and any other unforeseeable reasons, such as bad weathers, disasters, accidents and regional conflicts or wars. DHZ is not responsible for the delay of the transit.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected delivery method.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

7. Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team at 02 9727 7819 within 7 days. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We may require photos of the damaged item(s) for our records.

9. Signature Requirement

For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package.

10. International Shipping

For orders outside Australia, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

11. Pre Order

A Pre-order is an item that has not yet come into stock, but you can pre-purchase it to secure your piece. For each product estimated arrival date, please see its description. Normally, please allow 1-2 months to fulfil your order.
