Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

DHZ products are covered against genuine manufacturing or component defects under normal use.

If a manufacturing fault occurs, we are more than happy to repair the product or replace the faulty component promptly and professionally.


2. Repair & Replacement Policy

In the event of a confirmed manufacturing fault:

  • We will repair the product; or
  • Supply replacement parts for the faulty component

Warranty service is provided as a repair or replacement solution.

Warranty does not provide refunds.


3. What Is Not Covered

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (chains, sprockets, brake pads, tyres, plastics, etc.)
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, racing, jumping, or water exposure
  • Incorrect assembly or lack of maintenance
  • Modifications or unauthorised repairs
  • Damage after delivery
  • Transport damage not reported immediately

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos and/or videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

We may request further information or basic diagnostic checks before approving warranty service.


5. Assessment

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by DHZ.

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, repair or replacement parts will be arranged as soon as reasonably possible.
