Warranty Policy

1. Warrant

DHZ products are covered against genuine manufacturing or component defects under normal use.

If a manufacturing fault occurs, we are more than happy to repair the product or replace the faulty component promptly and professionally.

Our 6-month warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. If the bike is sold or transferred to another owner, the warranty ends on the date of sale or transfer.

Standard Warranty: All DHZ bikes are covered by a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, subject to our warranty terms and conditions.

Extended Support: Customers who regularly service their bike with DHZ may be eligible for goodwill warranty support for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. This extended support is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is not an automatic extension of the standard warranty. Eligibility depends on the bike having been serviced and maintained by DHZ in accordance with our recommendations.

2. Repair & Replacement Policy

In the event of a confirmed manufacturing fault:

  • We will repair the product; or
  • Supply replacement parts for the faulty component

Warranty service is provided as a repair or replacement solution.

Warranty does not provide refunds.

3. What Is Not Covered

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (chains, sprockets, brake pads, tyres, plastics, etc.)
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, racing, jumping, or water exposure
  • Incorrect assembly or lack of maintenance
  • Modifications or unauthorised repairs
  • Damage after delivery
  • Transport damage not reported immediately

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos and/or videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

We may request further information or basic diagnostic checks before approving warranty service.

5. Assessment

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by DHZ.

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, repair or replacement parts will be arranged as soon as reasonably possible.
