Cancellation policy

Pre-Order Policy

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available in our warehouse. In some cases, products are ordered specifically on your behalf.

Payment

We may collect full payment or a partial deposit at checkout. Any remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.

Cancellation

Pre-orders can only be cancelled prior to warehouse arrival. Returns are processed as store credit only.

Once the product has arrived in our warehouse — including items ordered specifically on your behalf — the order cannot be cancelled.

Deposits

Deposits may be non-refundable once stock has been ordered or allocated to you.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated arrival dates are approximate and may be subject to supplier or freight delays.
