• Incorrect selection or ordering

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase. We encourage all customers to carefully consider their purchase before completing the order. Our team is happy to answer any questions about model specifications, size, or suitability prior to purchase to ensure you select the right product.

Assembled Orders

Where a customer requests a bike to be assembled prior to collection or dispatch, the assembly service will commence after the order is confirmed.

Once assembly has commenced or has been completed, the order cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged due to change of mind.

This is because the bike can no longer be restored to its original factory-packaged condition. During the assembly process, the original shipping crate, packaging materials and protective components are removed and disposed of, making it impractical to return the product to its original saleable state.

Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before requesting assembly.
