Before every ride, perform these checks to ensure safety and peak performance:

  1. Confirm the crankcase breather is clear and not blocked.
  2. Inspect breather hose at the rear of the engine for blockages.
  3. Inflate tires to 17-18 PSI.
  4. Check spokes for looseness; tighten gently with provided spoke tool (avoid overtightening).
  5. Verify front axle is securely tightened.
  6. Confirm triple clamp bolts are tight.
  7. Ensure petrol cap breather is not blocked.
  8. Adjust front and rear brakes correctly.
  9. Test brakes for proper function.
  10. Tighten oil cooler bolts if necessary.
  11. Check gear shifter bolt is secure.
  12. Periodically check all engine bolts for tightness.
  13. Regularly check oil level and spark plug tightness.
  14. Oil the air filter regularly.
  15. Adjust rear chain tension.
  16. Verify exhaust muffler and pipe are secure.
  17. After 4-5 tanks, get your bike serviced to prevent premature engine failure.

    Engine Starting Procedure

    1. Turn fuel tap to vertical (ON) position.
    2. Engage choke.
    3. Slowly press kick starter until firm resistance, then bring it back up and kick firmly once.
    4. Repeat if needed, avoiding aggressive repeated kicks.
    5. Let engine warm up for at least 2 minutes before riding.

    Engine Run-In Procedure

    1. Idle engine for 5 minutes, then rest for 30 minutes.
    2. Take short rides (10-20 min) using ¼ to ½ throttle. Avoid high revs. Rest 30 min between rides.
    3. Continue for first full tank.
    4. Service bike after first 4-5 tanks to avoid premature engine wear.
