The DHZ 2200E is ideal for riders 140 cm and taller. While designed with young adults and beginners in mind, its adjustable power makes it accessible to riders of all experience levels.
Is it safe for younger children (ages 8–13)?
Yes. The DHZ 2200E is one of the safest electric bikes for beginners. It features a parental speed-limit control housed in a lockable compartment, allowing you to restrict power while a child is learning.
What is the maximum weight limit?
The DHZ 2200E does not have a restrictive weight limit. The chassis and motor are engineered to comfortably support adult riders while maintaining high performance across varied terrain.
How fast can the DHZ 2200E go?
The bike reaches a top speed of 65 km/h. For beginners, the speed can be dialed down to a minimum of 10 km/h. For added security, the speed-control key is separate from the ignition key.
What is the seat height?
The seat height is approximately 700 mm, offering an agile and confident riding position for teens and adults alike.
Is the DHZ 2200E road-legal?
No. This is a dedicated off-road dirt bike and cannot be registered for street use. It should only be ridden on private property or approved off-road tracks. Always wear full safety gear and a helmet.

The bike arrives approximately 95% assembled. You will only need to attach a few key components, such as the handlebars and front wheel. Do I need to buy special tools?
No. A basic tool kit is included in the box to assist with the final assembly.
What is the range and battery life?
A full charge provides up to 120 minutes of ride time. Actual range varies based on rider weight, terrain, and riding style.
How long does it take to charge?
Using the included standard charger, a full charge typically takes 4 hours.
How should I clean the bike?
While the DHZ 2200E is water-resistant, we recommend cleaning it with a damp cloth. Avoid using high-pressure hoses or power washers to protect the sensitive electrical components.
