  The bike arrives 95% assembled. You only need to attach the handlebars and the front wheel. It is fully quality-tested at the factory before being partially disassembled for safe shipping. Assembly usually takes less than an hour.

  No. We include a dedicated toolbox with the bike that contains all the tools necessary for assembly.
• How should I clean the bike?
  The bike has an IPX6 water-resistance rating, meaning it can handle heavy rain and splashes. However, do not use a high-pressure hose or submerge it, as this can damage electrical components. We recommend cleaning it with a damp cloth and mild soap.
